For more than 100 years, Carroll Home Services (CHS) has kept Baltimore-area homes and businesses comfortable and satisfied, providing rock-solid service and quality workmanship on every job we deliver.
We’ve come a long way since Benson Phelps and Carroll Faye ported coal by horse-drawn wagon to their Maryland neighbors, but the vision of our founders – to bring a valued service to local people who need it – remains the driving force behind our business.
Now well into the twenty-first century, CHS continues to explore new ways to meet the needs of our community, with a full menu of home comfort and fuel options available to each member of our growing family of residential and commercial customers.
