	Eric Barber has a wealth of experience with HVAC and has been working in the field for over 20 years. He holds a MD Master License for HVAC and Plumbing. In his current position, he works with customers to find home comfort systems customized to their needs. Eric enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
	Robert Buntin has been in the HVAC and plumbing business for over 13 years, working in many capacities, as an installer, a manufacturer's rep, and currently, as a Comfort Consultant. In his current position, Robert enjoys meeting new people and helping them find the right comfort system for their needs at a competitive price. When he isn't working, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two little girls (preferably at Disney World), doing home improvement projects, and serving in church mission work.
	Jerry Gerner has been an energy consultant in Maryland for over 33 years, providing services to both residential and commercial clients. Jerry has been a member of the Carroll Home Services team since June of 2004, when he became an HVAC Comfort Consultant. Jerry and his wife, Stephanie, enjoy boating, watching Ravens football, traveling to Ocean City, Maryland, and eating Maryland crabs.
	Dave Wertz has been helping customers in the Maryland area for more than 33 years with their comfort needs. He has seven years of experience in the service department, and more than 26 years of experience in the HVAC department as a comfort consultant. Dave has a great understanding of the heating and air conditioning business, and has been a member of the Carroll Home Services team since March 1st, 2005, when he joined the company as an HVAC comfort consultant. Dave has been married 33 years and has 2 children. He enjoys riding his motorcycle and woodworking in his spare time.
	Brenda Alban joined Carroll Home Services in June of 2004, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the heating oil industry. Brenda's primary responsibility is to support the HVAC Comfort Consultants, and they depend on her to make sure they provide the best service possible to our customers! She works behind the scenes to schedule sales appointments with customers, process sales contracts, coordinate mailings for the sales reps, and handle emergencies. After a long day of juggling her many responsibilities, Brenda looks forward to seeing her beautiful daughter, Brianna, who can always brighten her mood with a smile and a "How was your day, Mom?".
	Carole Rader has been with Carroll Home Services for over 4 years. Prior to employment with Carroll she worked as an Office Manager for a family-owned HVAC business for over 20 years. Her current position involves working with the HVAC Sales Team as well as the HVAC installers. She is responsible for scheduling all new HVAC installs, ordering the equipment for the installs, billing new installs, reconciling the job folder and tracking the actual cost of each job. She lives in Southern York County, Pa. with her husband Gordon and has two children. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading and cooking.
