Precision Annual Tune-Up

This plan covers the annual servicing of the equipment and base of the chimney as well as:

• an inspection of the gas equipment
• oiling and adjustment of the gas burner and controls
• CO test to determine the presence of carbon monoxide during inspection

It is our goal to reward our loyal service plan customers! For each consecutive year you renew your service plan, you earn a $25 credit (up to a maximum of $300 per plan). You can use all or a portion of these credits toward the purchase of heating and cooling equipment. Credits are not transferable to other homeowners, and they cannot be transferred from one plan to another. They have value only as credit toward the following equipment purchased from Carroll Home Services:

• Boiler $300
• Furnace $300
• Indirect Water Heater $100
• Oil-Fired Water Heater $100
• Central A/C System $300

• Any pre-existing conditions will be serviced at prevailing rates.
• Performance under this Agreement by Carroll is contingent upon Customer purchasing his entire fuel oil requirements from Carroll and upon Customer's fuel oil account being current at all times.
